Topic Rules
Please consider these rules when making a topic:
1. Tags- The following tags can be placed on a topic:
Private- Only you and those you invite can post in your topic.
Open- Anyone can post in the topic.
Spar/Fight/Siege- Self-explanatory. This tag is a precaution for those who wish to enter the topic. These topics are always set open in the area in which they occur.
M-Rated- Viewer discretion is advised for these topics. Topics with heavy amount of sexual content (Example: sex) and nudity must include this tag.
WIP- Work In Progress. With this tag, your topic cannot be touched. However, is something suspicious is seen within the topic, staff has every right to step in and comment on your topic.
With this being said, we have strict rules for the following tags:
Private- Private topics can only be held in protected areas of this role-playing game. An example of a protected area is a village.
Open- Open topics can only be entered if your character is within the area at the current time.
Spar/Fight/Siege- Reasoning must be supplied firsthand if a topic like this is held. If spars, fights, or sieges occur at the beginning of a topic, a flashback is highly recommended. Do not make staff scout out information that could possibly lead to these actions, nor start one just because you feel like getting attention.
2. Detail- All posts in a topic must contain a minimum of 50 words. Keep topics interesting please and put even the slightest bit of effort into them. Also, please address all actions thoroughly so the reader can understand what you're saying.
3. Language- The default language set for this site is English. If you are not fluent in this language, this site is not for you. Also, please refrain from using such words as "cuz, ur, omg", etc. Although this is the Internet, please write without the use of such words and the like while posting.
4. Editing- Editing topics and posts is only permitted when getting the permission of either a staff member or others involved in your topic. Also, please supply a reason as to why you would do such a thing when editing your topic or post. Your reasons must be strong.
5. Off-Topic- Whilst in a role-play topic, any outside information you wish to add must be as follows:
[OOC: Whatever you want to say]
If the information you supply is not related to the topic, there is an Off-Topic section available to discuss your topics in OR, if you must, you can PM the person you wish to supply the information to.
6. Flaming- No cussing directly towards a person please. Characters can cuss towards each other, but not their owners.
